MovePoints Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of MovePoints, an app by Becare Digital (CNPJ 57.243.830/0001-67), Brazil. By using the app, you agree to them.
What MovePoints is
MovePoints reminds you to take short movement breaks, suggests simple exercises, and can remind you to drink water. It is a general wellbeing tool.
Not medical advice
MovePoints is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Its suggestions don’t replace guidance from a doctor or physical therapist.
- If you have a health condition or an injury, are pregnant, or aren’t sure an exercise is right for you, talk to a health professional first.
- Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort.
- You are responsible for doing the exercises safely and within your own limits.
Free and Premium
MovePoints has a free version and an optional paid subscription, MovePoints Premium.
- Plans: Premium is offered as a monthly or a yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you buy.
- Free trial: new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple, under their policies and the consumer rights that apply to you.
Using the app fairly
Please don’t copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
Our app and content
MovePoints, its name, design and content belong to Becare Digital. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your own devices.
Changes and availability
We may update the app, change or remove features, or change these terms. If we make significant changes to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and let you know in the app. We do our best to keep the app working, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Becare Digital is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including injuries from exercises done without the care described above. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code or other consumer laws that apply to you.
App Store users
If you downloaded MovePoints from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
