ReadyToTravel Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of ReadyToTravel, an app by Becare Digital (CNPJ 57.243.830/0001-67), Brazil. By using the app, you agree to them.

What ReadyToTravel is

ReadyToTravel helps you practice the English you’ll need on a trip, with a simulated trip, vocabulary, listening and speaking exercises. It is a learning tool.

Practice, not travel advice

The dialogues in the app are examples for practice. They are not legal, immigration or travel advice.

• Check the entry requirements for your destination, such as visas, passports and other documents, with official sources and your airline.
• On your trip, follow the rules and instructions of the authorities, airlines and other companies you deal with.
• The app helps you prepare, but it can’t guarantee how a conversation will go, or the decisions of officers, airlines or anyone else.

Free and Trip Pass

ReadyToTravel has a free version and an optional paid pass, the Trip Pass.

• What it includes: every situation of the simulated trip, for the period you choose (60, 90 or 180 days), and any new situations added during that period, at no extra cost.
• One payment: you pay for the Trip Pass once, and it doesn’t renew automatically. When the period ends, it expires, and you can buy a new one for your next trip.
• Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you buy.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple, under their policies and the consumer rights that apply to you.

Using the app fairly

Please don’t copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

Our app and content

ReadyToTravel, its name, design and content belong to Becare Digital or are used under license. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your own devices.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, change or remove features, or change these terms. If we make significant changes to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and let you know in the app. We do our best to keep the app working, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Becare Digital is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including problems on a trip, such as a missed flight or a refused entry. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code or other consumer laws that apply to you.

App Store users

If you downloaded ReadyToTravel from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
